What is a free consultation?
We come to your home and meet your pet and you. This allows both of us to see if your pet is a fit for our service. It's important that you trust and like your dog walker/ pet squad member and we like you take an interview seriously. There is no cost to you.
Who will my squad member/ dog walker be?
You will meet your Squad member/ dog walker before they start taking care of your pet. This can vary depending on which area you are in.
How do I know my dogs been walked?
We take pictures of each dog and upload them to our secure server that date stamps each photo. Not only that ,management has a program that employees use to verify pickup and drop off times. You can click below to request your dog walking information. Please contact us with any questions!

How are you handling COVID-19?
We take this virus extremely serious as we are sure our clients do. We all know someone in some way that's been affected by this virus; be it family, friends, job related, or our own mental well being in these trying times. Let Robin's Pet Squad help ease some of the burden while we all try to get back to a new normal!
How do I cancel a walk/visit?
If you need to cancel a walk all you need to do is text us 781-330-0086 or call us, or email us 48 hours in advance. We have "vacation days" that you may use if 48 hour notice is provided and you will not be charged for that day. We will go over this in detail at the time of signup.
What Holidays are you closed?
Martin Luther King Day, Veterans Day, Memorial Day, Christmas Day, New Years Day, George Floyd Day (May 25th), The 4th Of July, Thanksgiving Day, and Black Friday. If dog boarding, or cat boarding is required during any of these days, we ask that you contact us ONE month in advance.
How does pet sitting work?
We come to your house and watch your pet. This is a lot less stressful on your pet as he/she is in a familiar environment. Boarding/ Pet Sitting : Pickup is whatever time is agreed upon (via text or email), drop off is the next day by 9:00 A.M. If drop off is requested later during the week days Mon-Fri you'll be charged the daily play group rate of $27.50. Because our walkers/boarders pick up other dogs and need to walk them they would just bring your fur baby along.. You will be able to meet this person before the boarding/pet sitting starts!
How does dog boarding work?

Why two times a day?
We come twice a day, once in the morning and once in the early to mid afternoon. We can feed your puppy and make sure he/she is walked and goes pee/poop. Any crate accidents are cleaned up as well as the puppy.
Will you come in the rain?
We are like Amazon, rain, snow or shine our dog walkers, dog boarders, pet sitter, and pet care home visit providers; show up...every time ,on time!

Will you come in the snow?
We walk in all types of weather, rain, snow or shine, however if there is a blizzard or terrible ice conditions, we will cancel. You will receive an email the night before a large storm if we are going to close.

Our Service Agreement is in effect once a client signs our liability wavier and services are provided.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes we do! We use a secure service provider. We do not keep any data that you send us, minus your personal information regarding to your pet. All payments made by a card are discarded unless you enroll in our reoccurring weekly debit. If you have any questions please contact us.

Yes, we are fully insured and bonded through Pet Sitters, LLC
