Meet Robin — The Human Behind the Leashes 🐾
Hi! I’m Robin, the owner and founder of Robin’s Pet Squad.
I started Robin’s Pet Squad for one simple reason: I genuinely love animals. And not just the perfectly behaved, Instagram-ready ones. I love the pullers, the barkers, the couch potatoes, the nervous pups, the senior sweethearts, and the dogs who have absolutely no idea what “personal space” means.
Over the years, Robin’s Pet Squad has grown into a trusted local pet-care business built around something I take very seriously: treating your pets like they’re our own.
I know how much trust it takes to hand someone a key to your home and put your pet in their care. That’s why I’m incredibly particular about the people who join my team and the level of care we provide. We focus on dependable, loving, personalized care — because every dog has a different personality, routine, and set of needs.
We’re professional, reliable, and responsible, but we also believe pet care should be fun. Expect lots of walks, belly rubs, ridiculous nicknames, happy tails, and probably more conversations with your dog than we’d like to admit.
At Robin’s Pet Squad, your pet isn’t just another name on the schedule.

Squad's Reliability
We respect each clients needs whether it be dog walking, dog boarding, overnight pet sitting. If a walker is out for any reason we take pride in being able to still show up (other walker, myself Robin etc..). We work within a redundant system; each client will have one main squad member and two back up members. We do allow you to meet your team member at no extra charge. We all work together to familiarize ourselves with your pet so that if a squad member is out for unforeseen reasons, we know your pet is still being well cared for by a familiar face. We believe this constant routine is less stressful on our clients pet(s).
My Squad Security Policy
To provide a safe work environment we absolutely do not accept cash. We provide a weekly invoice that can be paid via card or check both online, by mail, or over the phone. Our secure system does not record any of your card or bank information, unless requested and that reoccurring billing information is stored and encrypted via Square Inc. The copies of any house keys are secured by your team member and one copy is stored (for unforeseen circumstances) by management. Every team member is trained to triple check that any house left, is locked and your pet has been returned as we found them, or by your direction. We never sell any information you provide us for any reason. Any information we have (name, address, dog type) is kept in a secure database with management ONLY!. We take every effort in making each clients personal information with our company as secure as it can be: Privacy Policy
Fully Insured & Bonded
Just like car insurance, we all hope we never have to use it! Being in the dog walking industry for over eleven years we have learned that not all Premier/Top dog walking service providers keep updated insurance (they let it lapse). We are Elite, we never let ours lapse...that we promise!
