We come to your home and meet your pet and you. This allows both of us to see if your pet is a fit for our service. It's important that you trust and like your dog walker/ pet squad member and we like you take an interview seriously. There is no cost to you. 

You can meet your Squad member/dog walker before they start taking care of your pet. This can vary depending on which area you are in. We will always be happy to schedule a 15 minute meet and greet if you want.

 Veterans Day, Memorial Day,  Christmas Day, New Years Day, The 4th Of July, Thanksgiving Day, and Black Friday. If dog boarding, or cat boarding is required during any of these days, we ask that you contact us ONE month in advance.

We come to your house and watch your pet. This is a lot less stressful on your pet as he/she is in a familiar environment. Boarding/ Pet Sitting : Pickup is whatever time is agreed upon (via text or email), drop off is the next day by 9:00 A.M. If drop off is requested later during the week days Mon-Fri you'll be charged the daily play group rate of $27.50. Because our walkers/boarders pick up other dogs and need to walk them they would just bring your fur baby along.. You will be able to meet this person before the boarding/pet sitting starts!

We come twice a day, once in the morning and once in the early to mid afternoon. We can feed your puppy and make sure he/she is walked and goes pee/poop. Any crate accidents are cleaned up as well as the puppy.

Yes we do!  We use a secure service provider. We do not keep any data that you send us, minus your personal information regarding to your pet. All payments made by a card are discarded unless you enroll in our reoccurring weekly debit. If you have any questions please contact us.

You can request morning or afternoon walks. We set the time and  require a two hour window due to traffic and weather conditions.

Field trip hikes are two, one hour hikes in the woods with the same walker. The dog will be out of the house for four hours sometimes a little over.
